SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Due to Covid19 Pandemic, our shipping policies have changed. Please bare in mind that

no matter how long the shipping or delivery takes compared to normal which is only 24 - 48 hours next day delivery, now it will take 1 to 2 weeks.

This is in regards to all domestic flights coming in from the Store Region Origin, which is Region 7. Shipping will only be handled by JRS Express and will cost P200 pesos only for first 1kg. A promo is normally given for orders 3 to 10pcs for shirts only, in which Shipping is FREE.

Once orders have already been taken to JRS Express, it is now the responsibility of the buyer to track their own shipment at JRS Express website; www.jrs-express.com. This is for our team to move on to new sales in our Facebook page or in this website.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy: When item did not arrive at all. But this still needs to be discussed with JRS Express as the main responsible in delivering and shipping all your orders, either this is JRS branch pick-up or door to door. Lastly situations uncontrollable by humans like disasters and pandemics will void all refunds, however exchange will do.

Return and Exchange Policy: Simply all of the information that the customer needs in buying the shirt is there! Price, Quality, Material and Made from. We do not open items as we consider them as crisp and sealed.

Main responsibility of the customer is to measure his/her usual shirts with a tape measure to make sure she gets the size, before payment. There is no refund or exchange for customer's remorse.

​

Upon receipt of the items ordered, customer should be responsible in taking a video from opening the JRS Express pouch to check for factory damages and unusual stains present on each clothes.

​

We will only entertain exchange if certain video instructions is followed and any unusual stains and damage are present.
